Abstract:
A CAT(0) cube complex is a higher dimensional version of a
tree.
An interesting geometric feature of a CAT(0) cube complex is
the existence
of codimension 1 hyperplanes that separate points in the
0-skeleton of the
complex. We discuss a canonical procedure by which one can
reconstruct a
CAT(0) cube complex from a system of separating hyperplanes.
